By coming together, we exchange the knowledge and build the networks necessary to explore the latest advancements in Hao-Fountain Syndrome research.

Conference Schedule Following our successful format, this will be a two-day event held at the Sheraton King of Prussia Valley Forge:

Family Day – Focused on support, daily management, and community connection.
We invite families and researchers to attend one or both days. On the evening of October 8, we will host a special networking event for all attendees. This is a fantastic opportunity for families and scientists to connect in an informal setting and for our researchers to build collaborative partnerships.
