This October, the Hao-Fountain Syndrome community will gather for our Family Conference. But this year is different. We aren't just meeting to share stories; we are meeting to provide the data that will define our future.

We are launching a Landmark EEG Study—the largest of its kind for Hao-Fountain Syndrome. By conducting this research on-site, we remove the travel and clinical barriers for our families, ensuring the highest participation possible.

Between all our fundraising efforts we raised $13,885 for our Awareness Day goal. Our next stop is to reach $20,000 by August 31st - that's just $6,115! With your help today, we can reach our goal.
